We are always looking for teachers with an outgoing personality who are interested in working in a professional but friendly atmosphere and who have a sincere desire to improve their teaching skills by working in a sharing and learning environment. We are based in Madrid.
We employ teachers for general English courses of all age groups in our three centres in Madrid with block hour contracts from October to June. Teaching hours are between 4 and 10 pm from Monday to Thursday and between 4 and 7pm on Fridays. Contracts vary from 18 to 27 teaching hours. Teachers employed in our Business English department for classes outride the academy are offered varied timetables with contracts. NB: All teaching positions are guaranteed a legal contract and full social security cover.
Teachers receive approximately two weeks holiday at Christmas, 1 week at Easter and 3 days during the local fair. We also observe all official local, regional and national holidays. Teachers are provided with a legal contract and general health coverage according to Spanish law.
Basic requirements for our teachers are to be native British British or Irish citizens and to have a TEFL certificate and to have some prior teaching experience.
